Exchange Shares Online
As an additional resource to shareholders, Nomura Partners Funds is pleased to announce the enhancement to the Funds' website which will now enable shareholders to exchange shares within the Fund family online.

The new exchange tab allows shareholders to easily exchange shares online partially or in total to other Funds of the Nomura Partners Funds family. Exchange rules and restrictions apply as per terms set forth in the current prospectus.
